Nature of the Relationship
- Independent Contractor Status: All individuals working with NAC-BG on a contractual basis are considered independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, or agents of the company.
- No Employment Rights: Independent contractors have no rights to employment benefits, such as health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid leave, that are provided to employees of NAC-BG.

Rights & Responsibilities
- Intellectual Property: Any work created by the contractor during their engagement with NAC-BG is considered the intellectual property of NAC-BG. Contractors have no rights to use, reproduce, or claim ownership of such work.
- No Authority: Independent contractors have no authority to act on behalf of NAC-BG, make decisions for the company, or bind the company to any agreement without explicit written consent from NAC-BG.
- Confidentiality: Contractors must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during their engagement with NAC-BG. This obligation continues even after the contract has ended.

Conduct & Professionalism
- Prohibition of Abuse: Contractors are prohibited from engaging in any form of abuse, including but not limited to, misuse of company resources, harassment, or exploitation of their relationship with NAC-BG.
- Professional Behavior: Contractors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically while performing services for NAC-BG. Any form of misconduct or unprofessional behavior may result in the immediate termination of the contract.

Termination Policy
- Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination of the contract, contractors must return all company property and cease using any company resources or information.
- Contract Termination: NAC-BG reserves the right to terminate the contract with any contractor at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.

Legal Compliance
- Liability: Contractors are responsible for their own actions and any liabilities that arise from their work. NAC-BG is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions by the contractor.
- Adherence to Laws: Contractors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while performing services for NAC-BG.

Dispute Resolution
- Resolution Mechanism: Any disputes arising from the contractual relationship between NAC-BG and the contractor will be resolved through litigation.
- Governing Law: This policy and any contracts with independent contractors will be governed by the laws of Germany.

- NAC-BG reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Contractors will be notified of any changes in writing.
