• Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking Process:
Bookings can be made via our online booking system available on the Site.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order

1.2. Payment:
All payments must be made through our secure online payment gateway.
We accept Visa Cards, Master Cards, American Express, Discover Cards and PayPal.

1.3. Pricing:

All prices for our services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
The final price will include any additional costs due to exclusive requests, which will be calculated and sent via email with an invoice

1.4. Cancellation and Refunds:
1.4.1. Cancellation by You:
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund within three working days minus the booking fee (€5) only by E-mail request.
For cancellations made within 7 to 3 days of the scheduled service date will receive an 70% refund of the booking amount within three working days, only by E-mail request.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service date will receive an 50% refund of the booking amount within three working days totally online, safe and automatic, by our booking platform system.

Your non-attendance on the booked date and time will be considered a cancellation with a 50% refund as well.
1.4.2. Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, within three working days.

1.5. Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your booking once online only with 10% of total fee if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will incur 30% of total fee.
Any cancelation after your rescheduling isn’t allowed and it’s impossible.

1.6. Additional Costs:
Due to exclusive requests or changes to the original booking, the additional costs will be calculated and communicated via email with an invoice.
Additional cost must be paid within three working days before the date of booked service. Otherwise, the service will be canceled automatically and 50% of total fee will be considered a fine.

1.7. Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

1.8. Privacy:
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Site.

1.9. Miscellaneous:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and Services constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Terms.

• Session Conduct

1. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times, regardless of late arrivals. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
2. Behavior: Clients must behave respectfully and appropriately. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

• Liability

1. Damages: Clients are responsible for any damages caused to studio property or equipment during their session. An invoice for repairs or replacements will be issued accordingly.
2. Injuries: While we take utmost care to ensure a safe environment, NAC-BG is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session. Clients assume full responsibility for their own safety.

• Photography and Videography

1. Image Rights: NAC-BG retains the copyright to all images and videos produced. Clients receive a limited license to use the images and videos for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Promotional Use: NAC-BG reserves the right to use images and videos from sessions for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Privacy and Confidentiality

1. Personal Information: We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
2. Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept confidential.

• Delivery of Products

1. Turnaround Time: The delivery time for edited images and videos will be communicated at the time of booking. We strive to deliver products promptly, but delivery times may vary based on the nature of the session and our workload.
2. Format: Images and videos will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise specified. Physical products, such as prints or albums, may incur additional fees.

• Clients with Kids, Children & Pets

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of our photography and videography services, both in our studio and on-site. By booking a session with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We strive to create a safe, enjoyable, and productive environment for all our clients, including those with children, kids and pets.

2. Safety and Supervision

1. Parental/pet Supervision: Children/pets must be supervised by a parent/pet owner or guardian at all times during the session. NAC-BG staff are not responsible for supervising children/pets.
2. Behavior: Parents/guardians/pet owners are responsible for ensuring their children/pets behave appropriately and safely during the session. Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of the session at our discretion, with no refund provided.

3. Liability

1. Damages: Parents/guardians/pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their children/pets to studio property, equipment, or on-site locations. An invoice for repairs or replacements will be issued accordingly.
2. Injuries: While we take utmost care to ensure a safe environment, NAC-BG is not liable for any injuries sustained by children/pets during the session. Parents/guardians/pet owners assume full responsibility for their children’s/pet’s safety.

4. Session Conduct

1. Arrivals and Departures: Please ensure timely arrival and departure. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times regardless of late arrivals. Any delays caused by the children’s/pet’s needs or behavior may impact the session’s duration and quality.
2. Breaks: If children/pets require breaks, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate without disrupting the session flow. However, extensive or frequent breaks may affect the session’s outcome.

5. Photography and Videography

1. Cooperation: For the best results, children/pets need to be cooperative. We will make every effort to engage children/pets and create a comfortable atmosphere. However, NAC-BG is not responsible for children’s/pet’s unwillingness to participate or their impact on the session’s final product.
2. Consent: By participating in the session, you consent to the photographing or video recording of your children/pets. These images or videos may be used by NAC-BG for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Illness: If a child/pet is ill, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the session due to our reschedule terms and conditions. We prioritize the health and safety of all clients and staff.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made due to our cancellation terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Property and Privacy

1. Personal Items: NAC-BG is not responsible for any personal items brought to the session. Parents/guardians/pet owners should ensure all belongings are kept safe.
2. Privacy: We respect the privacy of all our clients. Personal information and images will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
